Tom Rasmussen has played clarinet and saxophone with the Spokane Symphony, Casper Symphony, Boise Philharmonic, and Edmonton In Concert orchestras and has recorded for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. He earned a BA in music education from the University of Idaho.
